problem z zainstalowaniem forum

w wymaganiach wyskakuje ze jest zle
1.Konwersja znaków wejściowych HTTP:
mbstring.http_input musi być ustawione na pass
2.Nie Konwersja znaków wyjściowych HTTP:
mbstring.http_output musi być ustawione na pass
3.Ustawienie PHP register_globals jest wyłączone:
phpBB zadziała jeśli to ustawienie jest włączone, ale zalecane jest, by funkcja register_globals była wyłączona z powodów bezpieczeństwa.


wiem ze mam wpisac w jakies php.ini "mbstring.http_input = pass
mbstring.http_output = pass
register_globals = off"
ale nie mam pojecia jak i gdzie to zrobic... pomocy...
