ini_get() oraz shell_exec() zablokowane w "safe mode&qu

Mam problem, jestem początkujący więc wybaczcie jeżeli pytanie jest trywialne.
Ale właśnie próbuje zainstalować phpBB3 na http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk, niby postepuję tak jak piszą nie mniej jednak przed domniemaną istalacją tzn. gdy próbuje odpalić plik instalacyjny wypluwa mi coś takiego. POMOCY!!!
