problem z bazą sql?

mam następujący problem po wejściu w profil i próbie aktualizacji go (jak kliknę na "Wyślij") wyskakuje następujący komunikat:

Wejdź do phpMyAdmina (na każdym serwerze obsługującym MySQL), następnie do zakładki SQL w ramce po prawej stronie. W otwartym oknie wklej kod:

i kliknij wykonaj;

ha, pewnie że od tego bym zaczął tylko nie mogę się uporać z dostępem do phpmyadmia
jest zainstalowany na serwerku, jest mysql ale zalogować się do admina nie mogę
patrzyłem różne konfiguracje w sieci tego phpmyadmina i nici
dlatego pojechałem z generowaniem zapytań przez db_update.php ale jawyraźniej albo nie robi tych zapytań albo nie wiem co jeszcze...
siedzę, kombinuję, myślę i nic nie mogę wymyśleć dlatego tu napisałem z prośbą o helpa:/

nie pokazuje żadnego komunikatu :/ po prostu nic się nie dzieje - jest strona logowania i tyle
