Problem z ostatnimi postami

Mam taki mały problem używam takiego kodu do ostatnich postów:

Forum jest kodowane w UTF-8 a strona na iso. i niestety gry wyświetla się ostatni post to wygląda tak:

"Co my?licie o naszych serwisach"

Jak to naprawić proszę o poradę...
