Jakiś błąd w linii 413 pliku INDEX.PHP

Witajcie,
Mam mały problem wyskoczyla mi dziś taka wiadomość na forum:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/users/kosmatka/public_html/forum/index.php on line 413

Sprawdziłem linie 413 i wygląda ona tak:

Nie wiem co sie dzieje Prosze o pomoc ...

Czy jest to moze związane z tym ze w overall_footer stylu wrzuciłem kod do baneru we flashu ?
Po wrzuceniu wszystko chodziło jak nalezy a dzień później pojawił sie ten komunikat o którym piszę powyżej ;/
