Wracając do skryptu, który podałeś to jest on napisany w PHP3, kod jest przestarzały i to może być przyczyną.

W jaki sposób próbujesz ją wstawić na stronę? Za pomocą include()?

Musisz dodawać złą ścieżkę do pliku lub go tam nie ma.

Za pomocą funkcji include() tego nie zrobisz. Udało mi się, kiedyś osadzić tą księgę na stronie, ale nie pamiętam już w jaki sposób. Jak będę miał chwilę czasu, to postaram się tym zająć.
