message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?

Taki komunikat mi się wyświetla po naprawie jednej z tabel w bazie danych - zamiast uruchomić forum.

Może jakieś pomysły. Pozdrawiam

Problem z tabelą w bazie został rozwiązany - po naprawie tabeli wyświetla się komunikat :
