[phpBB] Problem po świeżej instalacji phpBB 3

Witam,
Otóż jestem po świeżej instalacji phpBB 3.1.2
Wystąpił problem.
W Paneli Admina widnieje komunikat:
Czy możecie mi pomóc?
Nic nie robiłem, mój serwer obsługuje wersje PHP: 5.5
Mam typ bazy danych: MySQL(i) 5.5.40
Jedyne co to mój serwer nie obsługuje: allow_url_fopen (jest wyłączone - napisałem do serwerowni w sprawie włączenia)
Nie wiedziałem gdzie napisać temat więc zamieszczam tutaj. W razie czego proszę o przeniesienie.
