Problem ze stopka

Witam, mam problem ze stopka na moim forum i niezbyt wiem jak go rozwiazac 
a mianowicie, edytuje sobie plik overall_footer.html ale moge sobie tam wpisac cokolwiek a na stronie pokazuje sie oryginalna stopka :/ czy moze skrypt pobiera dane do stopki z innego pliku?
