No dobra. Zrobiłem tak i wpisałem gta-info.pl/install

Przecież masz już zainstalowane forum, więc po co Ci katalog install? Błąd się pojawia, ponieważ po zakończeniu instalacji należy usunąć ten katalog (czyli go nie ma). Jeśli jakaś modyfikacja będzie zawierała instalator, zapewne dowiesz się o tym z instrukcji.

Według poradnika. Muszę to dodać do templates. A jak go włączyłem to Not Found

Jakiego poradnika? Katalog install nie jest Ci tam potrzebny. Przez przeglądarkę tak plików nie zmienisz. Pobierz to co potrzebujesz przez FTP i otwórz jakimś porządnym edytorem tekstu (polecam Notepad++).
