Banner na górze forum?

Witam,
jestem administratorem forum
www.bettingheaven.info i chciałbym dowiedzieć się, czy ktoś jest w stanie pomóc mi przy wstawieniu banneru reklamowego na górze forum? Optycznie najbardziej podobałby się mi wycentrowany szeroki banner zaraz pod headerbar, a nad navbar. Jeśli mógłbym prosić o jakąkolwiek pomoc, będę wdzięczny.
